We have been working with a wide range of organisations including tenants and landlords for over 10 years, delivering office fit out, workplace refurbishments, office dilapidations and office furniture projects throughout London and the South East. As the requirements of the tenant has been steadily shifting, we have been increasingly working with asset managers and landlords, delivering fitted options for relocating tenants who require carefully considered fitted space. We continue to partner with tenants relocating and assessing their property strategy, to ensure their premises relocation is successful and the new property suits their present and future needs.
Each workplace we create is unique and is tailored specifically improve performance of our client organisations, considering the existing building situation, services and aspirations and requirements of stakeholders.
While our design and delivery teams have shaped offices from Paris to Hong Kong, today you’ll find us located in Farringdon or at our regional office in Hastings, East Sussex.
